Jhajjar, August 12
Four unidentified miscreants shot at a draughtsman of the Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation (HSIIDC) and took away his car at Industrial Area, Sector 4 B in Bahadurgarh town here on Tuesday. Identified as Sanjay Kumar, he had been admitted to trauma centre. He is stated to be out of danger.
The crime happened when Sanjay stopped his car at a tea shop. The miscreants reached there and tried to snatch car keys from him. In the meantime, one of the miscreants opened fire on Sanjay and later, sped away in his car.
IO Hari Prakash said a case of attempt to murder, snatching and one under the Arms Act had been registered against the accused. — TNS
